Solicitation: join the solicitation team, and help gather in the generous donations that make the auction so special.

Week before Auction: this is a busy week over at Auction HQ above Thalassa Restaurant. Jobs too numerous to list.... Most of the action takes place during school hours - come over after drop-off, and be back in plenty of time for pick-up.

Day of Event: starting at 10am, help lay out auction items and create enticing displays. Even an hour of your time on site at Thalassa Restaurant in Tribeca Saturday daytime will make a huge difference.

Evening of Event: whilst we are very well looked after by the attentive staff at Thalassa, there are certain key moments during the course of the evening when just 30 minutes of your time would make a huge difference to the smooth-running of the event. And then you can return to the party!
