Facilities
A. Fantis Parochial School is situated in a five-story building, located in Brooklyn Heights. Built in the early 1960s, the school has bright and well-ventilated classrooms, and includes a Science Laboratory and Library.
Students have the benefit of smart boards in all the classrooms in the Lower and Middle School, and there is supervised classroom computer access for all grades.
Our students enjoy a spacious gymnasium, large enough to accommodate a basketball court. There is also a newly opened (in 2008) rooftop playground to which students have daily access.
The second floor currently doubles as the school lunchroom, and stage/auditorium. This floor is currently the subject of major fundraising activity. There are plans to fully renovate this floor, to create a Cultural Center, complete with Greek language classrooms, a dedicated Music area, and a fully equipped stage for the regular productions staged by our students in both Greek and English.
