Dear Parents,

Welcome back to a new school year.  Orientation for New Students will be held on Thursday, September 2 and school will begin on Tuesday, September 7th. We are proud to announce that 100% of our eighth grade graduates  passed the Integrated Mathematics Regents, 78% of  our eighth grade graduates passed the Earth Science Regents, and 100% of the eighth grade Greek students passed the Greek Regents.  Three of the four students who took the Greek Regents earned perfect scores of 100! Bravo!

A State of the Art Greenhouse will be built adjacent to the Science Lab.  Donations will be accepted.  The Greenhouse will be dedicated to His Holiness, Patriarch Bartholomew. 

A.Fantis is using FACTS collection system for parents when paying their tuition. 

The Dress Code will remain the same for the 2010-2011 School Year.  See Forms for a copy of the dress code. The 2010 Summer Reading List was distributed at the end of the school year.  It is availabe under Forms on our website. 

Ms. Renata will be moving to Washington D.C. where she will be preparing for her LSATs. She is being replaced by Miss Zabella Dilis (Miss Litsa).  Ms. Santomarco is moving to North Carolina.  She will be replaced by Miss Fatema Jenna Misell.  Ms. Olympia Kritsovas is leaving for a career change.  She is being replaced as the Fourth Grade teacher  by Mrs. Thalia Fasarakis.  Ms. Fatema Hossain is replacing Mrs. Thalia Fasarakis in Third Grade.  Mrs. Carmen Hanna, Teacher Assistant of UPK, has a medical emergency and will be replaced with Miss Lara Abib-Habib. Mr. Clifton Paul has a high school science job in Newark, New Jersey.  He is being replaced by Mrs. Iwona O'Brien.  We wish those who are leaving the very best.  They will  be missed.  We also welcome all our new teachers and secretary, returning faculty and staff members, and students as well as our newly admitted students for the coming 2010-2011 school year.
