The school organizes field trips to museums, concerts  and dance festivals. Past trips have included visits to the nearby Transit Museum, the Brooklyn Children's Museum,  Puppetworks, the New York Aquarium, The Prospect Park Zoo, Ellis Island, Green Meadows Farms, Onassis Cultural Center and Madison Square Garden.  Students entered the St. Jude Math Marathon where they helped to raise money for research.  Our winner in the Daily News Greek Education Department Spelling Bee will be participating in the Daily News New York Citywide Spelling Bee. The Annual Science Fair will be held on April 18th.  The Scholastic Book Fair will be held the second week of May. Students are encouraged to participate in sports activities. The school has Girls and Boys Basketball Teams.  They are organized to compete with the Greek American schools in New York City. Our students competed in the New York State's Activ8Kids Bike Ride and School Event Week in September 2006. A Girls and Boys Volleyball Team will be organized for the Fall Term in 2007.
